Shipping Rates

Our shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of your order. Please use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping and handling charges.

Canada Shipping: 7 - 10 business days. On order totals up to $100.00 shipping charges are a flat fee of $30.00. Order totals over $100.00 shipping charges will be 30% of the order total. These charges include all taxes and fees.

Panache will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: UPS or U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Canadian orders ship on Thursdays only.

An additional $10.00 will be added to the shipping and handling rates above for shipments outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii and the U S territories).

Add $7.50 for each additional shipping address (Ground Only). No C.O.D. orders.

Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted by phone or email.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 800-875-3111. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our returns policy for easy returns.
